Ikonik Studio is looking for commission only sales consultants to sell websites, online stores, custom systems, development and digital marketing to South African businesses. Work from anywhere, at any hours, with your internet covered.
You bring in the client. We write the proposal, design, build and support the work. You get paid a big share of every deal, within 7 days of the client paying us.
Commission only, no basic salary, and no cap. Commission is worked out on what the client pays us, excluding VAT and any ad spend that goes straight to Google or Meta.
Websites, online stores, custom systems, apps, development and branding. Sell an R80 000 website and you earn R32 000.
SEO, ads management, social media, email and website care. You earn 20% of the monthly fee for the first 12 months the client stays.
When a client you brought in comes back for a new project within a year, you earn 10% of that project too.
Commission is paid within 7 days of each client payment. If a client pays a deposit, you get the same share of the deposit straight away and the rest when they settle.
Where you live and what your CV says matter less than whether you can open doors and close deals.
Digital, advertising, software, media or any business to business sales. You know how to find a lead, run a meeting and ask for the deal.
A network of business owners, marketers or managers who need a better website, store or system is a big advantage.
No manager checking your hours. You plan your own week, follow up properly and keep your pipeline moving.
A laptop, a phone, a reliable connection and clear written and spoken English. Your own transport helps if you meet clients in person.

Straight answers before you apply.
No. This is a commission only role, so you are paid on what you sell. That is why the commission is big: you keep up to 40% of every once-off project you close.
Within 7 days of the client paying us. If a client pays a 50% deposit, you get half your commission then and the rest when they pay the balance.
No. The role is fully remote and open to anyone in South Africa. Meetings with clients can be on video calls, or in person if you are nearby and prefer it.
Whatever suits you. There are no set hours and no clock to punch. Some people do this full time, others alongside another job.
We do. You find the client and understand what they need. The studio writes the proposal, quotes, designs, builds and supports the work after launch.
No. You need to understand a business problem and explain how a better website, store or system fixes it. We join calls when a deeper technical answer is needed.
No. You work as an independent contractor on a commission agreement, so you manage your own tax. We send you a simple agreement before you start.
No cap. Close more, earn more.
